What We Provide

• We provide an AI call automation system (“AI Hostess”) that can answer calls, handle reservations, and provide limited information based on your onboarding form.
• The system may escalate or forward calls directly to your restaurant when needed.

Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (hours, location, specials, reservation policies, etc.).
• You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and updating this information as needed.

AI Disclaimer

• Calls are answered by an automated system. While the AI is designed to be accurate, errors may occur.
• We are not liable for mistakes caused by incorrect onboarding data or miscommunications with callers.

Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance each month.
• Onboarding fees are one-time and non-refundable.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. See our Refund and Cancellation Policies for details.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if payment is not made, if you misuse the system, or for any violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for lost reservations, business disruptions, or damages of any kind arising from the use of this service.
• The service is provided “as is.”
